Garage door spring broke and cables came undone. The Door Guy called right and was at my house the next day. Fixed everything in about half an hour.

I am so thankful that i found this company. They were at my house very quickly and also replaced the main spring of my garage door in no time as well. And i might add that the cost of the repair was much less than i was expecting. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair. Very professional, very quick and very reasonable cost!

Thanks to a garden shovel in the way, my garage door came off track, wedged at an angle, and could neither be shut completely nor opened.
The next morning, after sleeping like crap from pure paranoia, a quick Google search directed me to The Door Guy. I gave Chris a call. After discussing complete replacement, I texted him over a few photos of my mini disaster. He said repair looked promising and, while he was on duty with the fire department that day, he would come by after work and have a look.
Like clockwork, around 24 hours later, he showed up, evaluated, repaired my issue, and even made some slight improvements to infrastructure, all in about the same amount of time I spent stomping my feet and cursing two nights previous.
Pricing? I haven’t dealt with enough service providers to know what’s reasonable and customary, but it seemed like an exceptional value to me.
I know who I’ll be calling the next time I have an issue, at any rate.

I had Chris replace two roll up doors with insulated garage doors with openers on my shop. I have to say what a great experience. They were very reasonable and timely. I highly recommend!

1st time using this business.
I had a spring break & submitted an online request. Within the hour, Chris responded & we set up a repair for the next morning.
That morning brought a “heads-up” call to confirm & 1 1/2. hrs. later…all fixed & on their way to the next stop.
They reinforced a shaky track, lubed the moving parts & replaced both springs (suggested by Chris).
Price seemed reasonable.
Professionalism was really good, but not great !? (not bad for a “guy” business…small talk, but got the job done)🤩

They recently installed a garage door on my carport and also had to frame it in as my carport was brick. I cannot speak highly enough about these guys. They showed up on time and completed the framing and installation of the door and opener in a couple of hours. I am very happy with my new garage door and would recommend them without hesitation.

Attention to detail is a 10! The work they did by customizing our garage doors was a labor of pride and love! They really do care about the work they’re doing, and took the time to walk us through how everything works since our garage doors were so outdated and now we can open our new doors with our cell phone, smart watch or garage door opener.
